Before dispatching a vehicle, we verify the arrival time of every flight. All flights are diligently monitored to ensure optimum level of on time performance. Vehicles arrive at the airport and proceed to a staging area until dispatched.
To avoid any confusion or unnecessary charges the passenger must notify the office if; You miss your flight

1. Collect all pieces of luggage
2. Note which door you will be exiting
3. Call the office toll free # 1-877-885-5466 when you are ready for pick-up.
4. You will be given a description of the vehicle with the licence plate # and chauffeurs name.
5. Make sure sure you are at the lower level (luggage area) at both O'Hare and Midway Airports and proceed to the island in the middle lane.
6. Your vehicle will be dispatched and within 5 to 7 minutes (depending on
congestion in staging area) your vehicle will arrive.
